Mayor de Blasio's Visit to Albany

NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio made his annual trip to the capital city to testify at the Joint Legislative Budget Hearing. He struck on a familiar theme when talking about the inequality that exists in his city. Gov. Andrew Cuomo scheduled a cabinet meeting that was open to the press at the same time as de Blasio's appearance. We discuss their up-and-down relationship at our Reporters Roundtable.
