For the first time in 30 years, the governor and lawmakers passed an on-time budget for the third year in a row. Despite the feat, many lawmakers are not happy with the outcome or the process. The senate finished voting at 4:30am while the Assembly wrapped up at midnight two days later. We discuss the budget process and analyze the new budget and what it means for Governor Cuomo and legislators.
